If you did not receive an item, it was not as described, or there is another issue with a transaction, you can open a dispute from your order history. Disputes should be opened within the time window stated in our Terms of Service.
Our team will review the evidence from both parties and any escrow records. We may request additional information. Resolution may include a full or partial refund, replacement, or other outcome as appropriate.
When escrow is used, funds are held until the buyer confirms delivery. In a dispute, we may release funds to the buyer, seller, or split them according to our decision. See our Escrow Policy for more details.
